If you have initially made your complaint verbally, face to face, by phone, e-mail or by social media please also submit it in writing addressed to Mr Wimbleton.

Once your written complaint has been received, Mr Wimbleton will contact you in writing within fourteen days. At this stage, we will give you our understanding of your complaint. We will also invite you to make any further comments that you may have in relation to this.

Within a further 21 days of receipt of your written summary, Mr Wimbleton will write to you to inform you of the outcome of his internal investigation into your complaint and let you know what action if any has been decided.

If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of the handling of your complaint or the outcome of our internal investigation, you will have the opportunity to take your complaint to the final stage of our complaints handling procedure which is an independent third party with the authority to award redress known as the:
